Kennedy Intima Bins for Twyford Ladies

Twyford Bathrooms the UK's leading manufacturer of bathrooms has chosen Kennedy's Intima Feminine Hygiene Unit in conjunction with Shorrock Trichem for installation at their Alsager based Head Office.

Twyford was looking to change washroom service providers and nationwide washroom and hygiene service company Shorrock Trichem was called in. Lots of happy ladies are the result!

Shorrock Trichem was originally contacted by Jean Elliott, Twyford's Company Nurse. "I remember Jean was very dissatisfied with the level of service Twyford was receiving from their provider at that time. They had stated that they were paying out but getting complaints from staff because the Feminine Hygiene Units were full and were not being serviced regularly", comments Gloria Wilcox, Shorrock Trichem's Sales Manager for Stoke-on-Trent. Continues Gloria; "Well aware of the health and safety issues, Jean was looking for an effective unit and reliable hygiene service."

The pedal model of the Intima Feminine Hygiene Unit was recommended for Twyford's by Shorrock Trichem, as the unit has the additional benefit of being ultra hygienic due to its no-touch operation.

A monthly hygiene service is provided by Shorrock Trichem to ensure high standards are maintained for their customers. Comments Gloria; "You're only as good as your last service. I always assess each customer situation and offer a personalised solution that's right for them. Our service staff are really conscientious and very high standards are maintained across the company."

Twyford's Jean Elliott comments on the new installation; "When you can lift the lid of a Feminine Hygiene Unit and it smells pleasant, you know they're looking after them." She continues; "I'm really pleased with our new units. Shorrock Trichem are excellent, I wouldn't dream of changing them!"
