New INTIMA MINI from Kennedy

A new mini feminine hygiene bin, the INTIMA MINI from Kennedy, was previewed at the recent Interclean show in Amsterdam. Developed as a result of demand within the hygiene service sector, the new mini bin will share the innovative service friendly features of the original full sized INTIMA bin.

Dreams Come True…..Again

The full sized 23L. INTIMA was created as a result of Kennedy listening to its customers needs.  The new 15L. MINI is another dream come true for the service sector!  Shrinking cubicles and washrooms have created a growing need for smaller feminine hygiene units.  At the same time, exceptional functionality, quality and unique service friendly features are still desirable qualities.  Kennedy has incorporated these into both INTIMA models.

Mini in Size, Maxi in Functionality

The INTIMA range was introduced to make feminine hygiene service easier.   Both mini and original models have been built to a compact design for easy fitting in restricted spaces and have a practical central opening.   The MINI's name says it all – whilst boasting a 15L. capacity, generous by mini bin terms, it's slim and also shorter making it the ultimate for small cubicles.  Meanwhile, the original INTIMA still provides a large 23L. capacity suitable for washrooms where a higher capacity bin is required. 

Serviceability Not Compromised

An innovative reversible cover (patent applied) means that the bins may be located at either side in the cubicle.  Designed throughout to minimise dirt traps, the INTIMA range is also easy to clean and a flexible liner system makes for straightforward fitting of a variety of industry standard bags.  The two models are flat backed for extra stability and also have built-in practical and robust handles to ease carrying.

No-Touch Mini & Maxi

Both INTIMA and INTIMA MINI are available in three different versions; foot pedal, electronic no-touch and manual. Foot pedal and electronic models provide perfect solutions for the no-touch washroom.  All three models are suitable for both bin or bag exchange.

Blister Pack for Hygiene Across the Range

Kennedy's unique blister pack consumable (patent applied) can be used with both INTIMA and INTIMA MINI.  A cheap and effective snap in/out membrane, it protects the flap from soiling whilst aiding super fast and hygienic service.

INTIMA Range = Happy End Users

Kennedy also looked to the end users needs when designing its feminine hygiene range. The INTIMA MINI keeps itself to itself!  It's so discrete that even in the tiniest cubicles the end user doesn't risk brushing up against the bin by mistake.  In addition, the precise angle of the bin flap ensures that there is no visual contact with unsightly waste.  The bin liner is not visible either when the bin is in use.  And…as most women would agree, it's great not to have to manually open the bin, so INTIMA's no-touch models are readily welcomed.
